Photographing The Blue Point Yoga Studio in Durham, NC

On Sunday, March 10th, I had the pleasure of capturing Casey's yoga teacher training at The Blue Point Yoga Studio. I could really relate to their practice since I am also a passionate yogi and yoga instructor.

As I set up my camera, I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. It wasn't just about capturing the perfect shot; it was about capturing the essence of yoga—the fluidity of movement, the grace in stillness, and the raw, unfiltered expressions of joy and determination.

What unfolded before my lens was nothing short of magical. Watching the students immerse themselves in their yoga teacher training, experimenting with poses, and supporting each other with unwavering encouragement, filled me with a profound sense of gratitude. It was evident that yoga wasn't just a physical exercise for them; it was a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and growth.
